How did it all begin? Well, I have been in the Fruit and Veg industry all my life, commencing from school days working in street markets, then on to packing for catering greengrocers. Promotion to buyer early on led to my passion and expertise to source quality produce for our clients
In 2005 having built up an excellent relationship with clients and suppliers I saw the opportunity to go into business fro myself. In a relativity short period we have built up a solid reputation for quality and fresh produce with a emphasis on English produce.
Located in New Covent Garden Market enables us to be central to our discerning clients within the West End, City and Home Counties.
Our ever increasing portfolio of clients ranging from Michelin starred restaurant, hotels, Contract Caterers, Executive Fine Dining rooms, Celebrity Chefs, Royal Households and Event Caterers.
